Abstract

The paper discusses the accuracy of the estimate the market value of assessing both the intermediate stages (when using different methods of evaluation) and the final result (as the most probable selling price or the purchase of an asset). The causes of errors in valuation. The questions of whether guidance in the evaluation report of the interval, which may be the most probable sale price was revealed when and to whom it should be done. Various solutions to the problem of assessing the intervals in which the sale price may be.
