Abstract

The process of overcoming the stopping forces and degradation in any economic system require substantial development of economic metrology, in particular, completion and stable functioning of hierarchical system of modelling and quantitative assessment of shadow economic activities based on creation of structural models. It helps to reveal the latent processes, on the micro-level above all, which will promote effective management of economic agents’ behavior in order to find the points of contact between the state and business.
