Abstract

Рассматривается потребность общества в совершенствовании региональной системы образования как инструмента своего развития. Постепенно учебные заведения Волгоградского региона осознаются ведущим фактором наращивания интеллектуального потенциала, уровня профессиональной компетентности специалистов во всех отраслях общественного производства.There is considered the need of society for improvement of regional system of education as an instrument of development. Gradually, educational institutions of the Volgograd region are realized as the main factor of increase of intellectual potential, level of professional competence of specialists in all the sectors of social production.
