Abstract

Рассматриваются теоретические вопросы формирования криминалистической характеристики преступлений против жизни и здоровья, совершенных по экстремистским мотивам лицами несовершеннолетнего и молодежного возраста, обосновывается структура ее элементов, обладающих наибольшей информативностью применительно к данной категории преступлений.

The article considers theoretical issues of formation of criminal characteristic of crimes against life and health committed by extremist motives of the persons of minors and youth of the age, the structure of its elements having the greatest information content with respect to this category of crimes.
