Abstract

The article considers the constitutional aspects of the support of national traditions, cultures, and languages of the peoples of Russia. The author distinguishes between the concepts of «custom» and «tradition». Addresses the issues of adaptation of migrants in the cultural environment of the Russian Federation. Made proposals on improvement of language policy of the Russian Federation, support of compatriots, residing abroad.

В статье рассматриваются конституционные аспекты поддержки национальных традиций, культур, языков народов России. Автором разграничиваются понятия «обычай» и «традиция». Затрагиваются вопросы адаптации мигрантов в культурной среде РФ. Делаются предложения по совершенствования языковой политики РФ, поддержки соотечественников, проживающих за рубежом.
