Abstract

Regularities of developing and introducing high and critical technologies in innovative projects management are considered. All regularities base on empirical and statistic data. With the help of observed mathematical models the new method of using ASSR and ASTPP is proposed. Such methods are to increase management efficiency in long term in conditions of automated systems involving.
