Повышение эффективности релейной защиты в сетях 110-750 кВ статистическими методами

Abstract

The opportunities of extra use of statistical information to increase the technical perfection rates of relay protection, based on current protection samples, are being discussed. It is suggested using the algorithm of current protection operating, adjusted for statistical distribution of overcurrent and short-circuit undercurrent. The results of service-simulating test of power system segment in Nizhny Novgorod are presented. They prove benefits of statistical approach and illustrate possibilities of increasing the response level of current protection.

Обсуждаются возможности дополнительного применения статистической информации для повышения показателей технического совершенства релейной защиты на примере токовых защит. Предлагается алгоритм функционирования токовых защит с учетом статистических распределений максимальных рабочих токов и минимальных токов короткого замыкания. Приводятся результаты имитационного моделирования участка Нижегородской энергосистемы, обосновывающие преимущества применения статистического подхода и иллюстрирующие возможности по повышению чувствительности токовых защит.
