Способ интраоперационной оценки кровоснабжения тонкой кишки при острой мезентериальной ишемии

Abstract

Разработан оригинальный способ интраоперационной диагностики жизнеспособности тонкой кишки в условиях острого нарушения брыжеечного кровообращения с использованием аппарата для трансиллюминационной ангиоскопии. Сущность метода основана на визуальном исследовании стенки поражённой кишки и измерении давления в интрамуральных сосудах, благодаря чему определяются границы жизнеспособности кишки. Эффективность способа апробирована на экспериментальной модели острой мезентериальной ишемии.

An original method of intraoperative diagnosis of small bowel viability in acute mesenteric circulatory disorders using the device for transillumination angioscopy was carried out. The essence of the method is based on visual examination of the affected bowel wall and measuring the pressure in intramural vessels, so that the boundaries are determined by the viability of bowel. Efficiency of the method was tested on an experimental model of acute mesenteric ischemia.
