Abstract

The problem of miniaturization of some high-frequency devices is considered. Some options for circuit-design, structural and technological implementation of micro-miniature devices are proposed and some prospects for further development in this field are discussed. We also present the device parameters calculated on the basis of the theoretical models whose validity has been confirmed experimentally.
