Влияние конструкции системы впуска на экологические показатели

Abstract

В статье описываются испытания двигателя с установленными на нем штатной и модернизированной впускными системами, с целью оценки экологических показателей. Проведены испытания двигателя. Определены экологические параметры работы двигателя со штатной и модернизированной впускными системами. Параметры определялись как для всего двигателя в целом, так и для каждого цилиндра в отдельности. По полученным данным построены зависимости экологических показателей от угла открытия дроссельной заслонки, для штатной и модернизированной впускных систем. Дан сравнительный анализ экологических показателей штатной и модернизированной впускных систем. Анализ изменения СО и СН показал, что на модернизированной впускной системе уровень СО снижается на 33,3%, а уровень СН на 6,2%. По цилиндрам сохраняется та же зависимость. Таким образом, применение модернизированной впускной системы позволяет улучшить экологические показатели ДВС.

In a paper trials of the drive with the regular on it regular and modernised inlet systems, for the purpose of an estimation of ecological indexes are described. Drive trials are conducted. Ecological parametres of operation of the drive with the regular and modernised inlet systems are defined. Parametres were defined both for all drive as a whole, and for each barrel separately. Under the received data dependences of ecological indexes on an edge of opening of a throttle valve, for the regular and modernised inlet systems are constructed. The comparative assaying of ecological indexes of the regular and modernised inlet systems is given. The assaying of change CO and СН has displayed that on the modernised inlet system level CO decreases on 33,3 %, and level СН on 6,2 %. On barrels the same dependence Thus application of the modernised inlet system is saved allows to improve ecological indexes DVS.
