Abstract

Для исследования секреторной функции пищевода, желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки у практически здоровых лиц и больных с язвенной болезнью и портальной гипертензией выполнялась рН-хромоэндоскопия с красками-индикаторами метаниловым желтым и бромтимоловым синим. Установлено, что гиперхлоргидрия не является ведущим фактором в патогенезе язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки и эзофагита при портальной гипертензии

To study the secretory function of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum in healthy individuals and patients with peptic ulcer disease and portal hypertension was performed chromoendoscopy with pH-indicator dyes metanilovy yellow and bromothymol blue. Found that hyperacidity is not a leading factor in the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer and esophagitis in portal hypertension
