Теоретико-методологические аспекты государственного регулирования банковской деятельности

Abstract

Развитие банковской системы осуществляется под воздействием всей совокупности форм и методов государственного управления, среди которых выделяются и налоговые инструменты. В статье рассматриваются теоретические вопросы, относящиеся к налоговому регулированию банковской деятельности на современном этапе развития России, анализируется состояние банковской системы и действующая система налогообложения коммерческих банков и предлагаются пути совершенствования налогового регулирования банковской деятельности Development of bank system is carried out under the influence of all forms and methods in total of government among which tax instruments are also allocated. The theoretical questions concerning tax regulation of bank activity at the present stage of development of Russia are considered in the article. The condition of bank system and working system of the taxation of commercial banks are also analyzed and ways of perfection of tax regulation of bank activity are offered.
