Abstract

In the article information about up-to-date situation on the global capital market and its modern tendencies is provided. The latest market trends are stipulated and reasoned. The main mistakes which lead to IPO failure are indicated. The modern Russian IPO market is analyzed. The prospects for the future are developed.

В статье представлены данные о современной ситуации и тенденциях мирового рынка капитала. Обозначены и объяснены последние тренды рынка. Выявлены основные ошибки, ведущие к провалу IPO. Проанализирован современный российский рынок IPO. Разработаны прогнозы на будущее.
