Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы дальнейшего развития информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий в области информационного обмена и управления. Основными направлениями использования информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий в области ликвидации последствий дорожно-транспортных происшествий (ДТП) являются взаимодействие с государственными органами власти, заинтересованными отечественными, зарубежными и международными организациями в области предупреждения и ликвидации последствий ДТП; обучение населения действиям при возникновении ДТП; обмен оперативной и управляющей информацией при ликвидации последствий ДТП.

Article describes information and telecommunication technologies in information exchange and management field. The main directions of information and telecommunication use in traffic accident response are: interaction with government bodies, interested national and international organizations in the field of traffic accidents prevention and response; public training how to act in traffic accident, information exchange during traffic accident response operations.
