Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы современного состояния регулирования общественных отношений, обосновывается необходимость формирования новой элиты и создания единой системы управленческого воздействия на глобализирующееся общество.

The problems of modern condition of regulation of social relations are considered in the article. The author proves the necessity of formation of new elite and creation of unified system of managerial influence on globalised society.
