Применение мультидетекторной системы ФАПЧ для уменьшения помех дробности в синтезаторах частот

Abstract

Получена математическая модель импульсной мультидетекторной системы фазовой автоподстройки частоты с дробным делителем частоты, использующим дельта-сигма модуляцию, и множеством параллельно-последовательно работающих частотно-фазовых детекторов с неидентичными токами зарядовых накачек. На основе полученной модели разработана программа для расчета уровня помех дробности. Приведены результаты расчетов, показывающие уровни помех дробности в зависимости от числа применяемых детекторов и четырех случаев формирования токов заряда и разряда.
