Формирование методологических положений при постановке целей компании

Abstract

В статье автор рассматривает методологические положения, определяющие систему подходов и методов функционирования, необходимых для разработки направлений и способов, позволяющих предпринимательским структурам достичь поставленные цели. Компания, в независимости от рода деятельности, ставит перед собой цели и задачи; чем крупнее компания и сложнее ее структура, тем шире формулируются цели компании. Методологические положения позволяют достичь поставленные цели предпринимательской деятельности и разработать направления инновационного развития предпринимательских структур в условиях глобализации на основе использования интернет-технологий.

At the article the author considers the methodological positions defining the system approaches and methods of functioning for the development trends and ways, to entrepreneurial structures for achieve aim. In big company the structure are more difficult, it means that there are more aims, than in small company. Methodological positions, which allow achieve the aim of the entrepreneurship and develop innovative directions of development of enterprise structures in the occurs of globalization, based on the use of the Internet technologies.
