In the present publication is an attempt to consider etymological, general theoretical and industry attributes the concept of «constitutional legal regulation» in positive legal sense. The author’s interpretation of the concepts of “control”, «legal regulation» and «constitutional and legal regulation» is suggested. It held an attemet to justify and disclose the content of the main features of the construct of constitutional and legal regulation.
Осуществляется попытка рассмотреть этимологические, общетеоретические и отраслевые признаки понятия «конституционно-правовое регулирование» в позитивно-правовом смысле. Предлагается авторская интерпретация понятий «регулирование», «правовое регулирование» и«конституционно-правовое регулирование». Обосновывается и раскрывается содержание основных признаков конструкта «конституционно-правовое регулирование».
