Abstract

Methods of efficiency rising of radial treatment at non-small cell lung cancer are investigated. 34 patients with IIb-IIIb stages are treated, main group was conducted radial therapy with respiratory control against physical and medicinal radiomodification, control group was carried out radial therapy on free respiration. In the main group partial regress was pointed at 11 patients (58 %), stabilization at 6 patients (31,5 %), advance at 2 patients (10,5 %). In control group partial regress was noticed at 5 patients (33 %), stabilization at 4 patients (27 %), advance at 6 patients (40 %).Thus, application of polyradiomodifiers and respiration monitoring system improves results of radial therapy without rising of treatment toxicity.
