Проблемы предупреждения преступлений, совершаемых в условиях природных бедствий и техногенных катастроф

Abstract

In the paper, an analysis is made of the prevention of the crimes committed in the conditions of natural disasters and technogenic catastrophes. General social and special criminological measures of the prevention of crimes, their difference and problems are disclosed.

В статье анализируются проблемы предупреждения преступлений, совершаемых в условиях природных бедствий и техногенных катастроф. Раскрываются общесоциальные и специально-криминологические меры предупреждение преступлений, их отличие и проблемы.
