Анализ факторов риска, этиологии и клинических проявлений токсикодермии

Abstract

The article presents the results of the research of risk factors, aetiology and clinical manifestations of toxicodermia. 40 patients with toxicodermia were observed at the department of Allergology of Kazan State Clinical Hospital № 7 and the Department of Dermatology of the Clinical Dermatology and Venereology Dispensary of the Republic of Tatarstan. 40 people were observed as a control group. The influence of the gender, smoking, usage of medical substances and exposure to harmful chemicals was verified as statistically significant. The aetiology and clinical manifestation of the toxicodermia at different degrees of severity were analyzed.

В статье приведены результаты исследования факторов риска, этиологии и клинических проявлений токсикодермии. Обследовано 40 пациентов с токсикодермией на базах аллергологического отделения ГКБ № 7 г. Казани и отделения дерматологии РККВД РТ, а также 40 человек в качестве контрольной группы. Установлены статистически значимое влияние пола, фактора курения, употребления лекарственных веществ и воздействия вредных химических веществ на развитие заболевания. Проведен анализ этиологии и клинического проявления токсикодермии при разной степени тяжести заболевания.
