Abstract

В статье уточняется содержание понятия «лингвистическое обеспечение законодательства и правоприменительной практики»; в свете проблем лингвистического обеспечения правоприменения анализируются положения Закона РФ «О противодействии экстремистской деятельности», а также юридические комментарии к этому закону; раскрывается содержание ключевых понятий названного закона: речевой экстремизм, пропаганда, призывы, возбуждение национальной розни и др.; выдвигаемые положения иллюстрируются примерами из текстов СМИ, в отношении которых назначались судебно-лингвистические экспертизы.

In the paper the concept of “linguistic support of legislation and law enforcement” is clarified; the provisions of the Federal Law “On counteraction against extremist activity” as well as the legal comments to this law are analysed in terms of linguistic support problems of law enforcement; the key concepts of the above-mentioned Act such as speech extremism, propaganda, appeals, national strife fomentation, etc. are defined; the suggested propositions are illustrated by the examples from the media texts which were assigned for forensic linguistic examination.
