The article determines the boundaries of the concept «leader's personality» and also outlines prospects for personal and interactive approach to the leadership studying, including principles of interaction between social and personal reality of a leader, modal organization of leadership and interrelation of modes of its existence.

В статье определяются границы понятия «личность лидера», а также намечаются перспективы личностно-интерактивного подхода к изучению лидерства, в том числе принципы взаимодействия социальной и персональной реальности лидера, модальной организации лидерства, а также взаимосвязи модусов его существования.
