Особенности организации деятельности территориальных органов МВД России при участии в ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций

Abstract

The author analyzes organizational aspects of action supposed to be taken by territorial branches of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in an emergency. These branches are expected to act in accordance with their role in the functional subsystem for protecting public order; this subsystem, in turn, is part of the integrated national system for preventing emergencies and coping with them.

В статье рассматриваются особенности организации деятельности территориальных органов МВД России при участии в ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций в рамках функциональной подсистемы охраны общественного порядка единой государственной системы предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций.
