
The article considers the model of reflective-resource determination of the permission of intrapersonal contradictions of the teacher worked out within the limits of our research. The basis of the model includes the conceptual representation about intrapersonal contradictions of the teacher in phenomena «I», the resource interpretation of a reflection in the act of the permission of intrapersonal contradictions and the dialogue approach to the detection of the latent forms of a reflection.
В статье предложена концептуальная модель рефлексивно-ресурсной детерминации разрешения внутриличностных противоречий учителя. В её основание положены понятийное представление о внутриличностных противоречиях учителя в феноменах «Я», ресурсная интерпретация рефлексии в акте разрешения внутриличностных противоречий и диалоговый подход к обнаружению скрытых форм рефлексии.
