Abstract

The efficacy of using antihomotoxica Mucosa compositum in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Were divided into two groups of observation – the main group and the control group. Main group patients underwent standard therapy and antihomotoxica Mucosa compositum, patients in the control group – traditional therapy. Diagnostic criteria were symptoms (assessed on the 14th day, the 30th day of treatment and one year after treatment), quality of life (assessed on the 30th day of treatment) and the results of endoscopic examination of the esophagus – edema and hyperemia of the mucosa, erosion (studied at the 30th laziness therapy). Patients who received Mucosa compositum, on the 30th day of treatment was significantly regressed symptoms, signs of inflammation, prevailed quality of life. It is proved that the use of Mucosa compositum can increase the period of remission, as evidenced by a significantly lower incidence of clinical manifestations of gastroesophageal reflux disease than with conventional therapy, a year after treatment.
