In the article the successful scenarios of the economic development of some countries, and also the results of applying the model “overtaking development” are analyzed. On the basis of this analysis the system of the strategic purposes, whose reaching ensured the modernization and the development of the Ukraine under the conditions of rigid competition, is determined.

В статье анализируются успешные сценарии экономического развития некоторых стран, а также результаты применения модели «догоняющего развития». На основе этого анализа определена система стратегических целей, достижение которых обеспечит модернизацию и развитие Украины в условиях жесткой конкуренции.
