Получение агарициновой кислоты из плодового тела трутовика лекарственного

Abstract

В настоящей работе представлен способ получения агарициновой кислоты (α-гексадецил лимонной кислоты) из плодового тела трутовика лекарственного. Подтверждение структуры выделенных образцов проводили в сравнении со стандартным образцом агарициновой кислоты «Sigma-Aldrich № 211-566-5» методами ИК-спектрофотометрии и ЯМР-спектроскопии.

The present work reflects a method of extraction of agaric acid (hexadecil citric acid) out of a fruit body of Fomitopsis officinalis (Will.: Fr) Bong. et Sing. The structure identity of the obtained samples was corroborated using UK-spectroscopy and NMR-spectroscopy.
