Сывороточный ферритин как фактор прогноза развития железодефицитной анемии у беременных женщин

Abstract

В исследовании проведен анализ 157 случаев железодефицитной анемии, развившейся во время беременности. Группу контроля составили 54 женщины с физиологическим течением беременности и неотягощенным соматическим анамнезом. В результате проделанной работы с помощью методов добычи данных (Data mining) и ROC-анализа, авторами были определены нормы концентрации сывороточного ферритина для каждого триместра беременности, позволяющие прогнозировать развитие железодефицитной анемии в разные сроки гестации.
