Изучены особенности афферентно-эфферентного взаимодействия в тригемино-цервикальной системе у пациентов с цервикогенными головными болями, при которых проведение афферентной импульсации замедлено преимущественно на уровне от задних рогов шейного отдела спинного мозга до продолговатого мозга. Рефлекторная активность тригеминальной системы у таких больных зависит от функционального состояния спинально-стволовых структур. Для прогнозирования течения заболевания и контроля эффективности проводимой терапии может быть рекомендован метод соматосенсорных вызванных потенциалов

Studied were the peculiarities of afferent-efferent interactions in the trigemino-cervical system in patients with cervicogenic headache, in which an afferent impulse is slow mainly at the level of the posterior horns of the cervical spinal cord to the medulla oblongata. The reflex activity of the trigeminal system in such patients depends on the functional state of spinal-brainstem structures. To predict the course of the disease and monitor the effectiveness of the therapy a method of somatosensory evoked potentials can be recommended.
