О рабочем процессе сбора топливной щепы рубительными машинами фрезерного типа

Abstract

В статье приводятся итоги теоретических исследований рабочего процесса сбора топливной щепы рубительными машинами фрезерного типа. При помощи методов имитационного моделирования произведена оценка эффективности работы устройств для сбора продуктов измельчения порубочных остатков и пней, определены их оптимальные параметры. Для сбора щепы при работе машины для измельчения порубочных остатков целесообразно оснастить ее бункером с достаточной вместимостью и направить поток щепы в бункер с помощью специального кожуха, а для сбора щепы при работе машины для измельчения пней фрезу целесообразно оснастить специальным щепоуловителем. В рамках модели устройства для сбора продуктов измельчения порубочных остатков поверхности направляющего кожуха и бункера представлены 50 элементарными треугольниками, построенными на 29 опорных точках. Поверхность же щепоуловителя машины для измельчения пней представлена, в рамках общей методики моделирования, в виде совокупности 18-ти элементарных треугольников.

The article presents the results of theoretical research workflow collecting fuel wood chips chippers milling type. Using simulation techniques evaluated the effectiveness of the device for collecting products grinding stumps and logging residues and determined their optimal parameters. Within the model of the device for collecting the products of forest residues surface grinding guide casing and hopper represented 50 elementary triangles built on the 29 points of support. Schepoulovitelya same surface grinders Stump presented within the overall modeling methodology as a set of 18 elementary triangles.
