Abstract

In the article preservation problems in secret personal information of the persons rendering assistance to law-enforcement bodies on a confidential basis, whith using information and the evidence obtained by these persons or with their participation, at investigation of criminal cases and their consideration in court are considered. Suggestions for improvement of tactics of investigation and standards of the Code of criminal procedure of the Russian Federation are given.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы сохранения в тайне персональных данных лиц, оказывающих содействие органам внутренних дел на конфиденциальной основе, при использовании информации и доказательств, полученных этими лицами или с их участием, при расследовании уголовных дел и их рассмотрении в суде. Даются предложения по совершенствованию тактики расследования и норм Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации.
