
The article studies verbal behavior of communicators at a job interview. The paper expands the scope of the Russian speech strategies and tactics. As a result of the analysis of live communicative material, a range of verbal behavior tactics (such as self-promotion, self-criticism, “open positivism”, etc.) facilitating implementation of the main communicative strategy of a job seeker, namely the strategy of self-presentation, are defined. Wrong communicative moves (such as evading a question, justification, etc.) are also revealed.
Статья посвящена исследованию речевого поведения коммуникантов, участвующих в собеседовании-интервью. В работе расширяется репертуар стратегий и тактик русской речи. В результате анализа живого коммуникативного материала определён круг речеповеденческих тактик (самореклама, самокритика, “открытый позитив” и т. п.), способствующих реализации главной коммуникативной стратегии соискателя на должность стратегии самопрезентации. Выявлены также ошибочные коммуникативные ходы “уклонение от ответа”, оправдание и т. д.
