Abstract

Для формирования стратегии конкурентных преимуществ операторов сотовой связи была разработана комплексная оценка, которая включает в себя шесть групп показателей конкурентных преимуществ. При этом данные показатели можно условно разделить на технические (показатели качества и сервиса; показатели инноваций и технологий), стоимостные (показатели дифференциации тарифообразования; показатели дополнительных (VAS) услуг) и относительные (показатели коммуникаций; показатели, характеризующие «имидж» оператора сотовой связи). Комплексная оценка конкурентных преимуществ представлена на основе одного из операторов сотовой связи. По каждому из показателей конкурентных преимуществ сотового оператора было проведено сравнение с основными конкурентами. Проведённая комплексная оценка позволила выделить устойчивые конкурентные преимущества сотового оператора, а также выявить приоритетные направления при формировании стратегии конкурентных преимуществ. Постоянное применение предлагаемой комплексной оценки позволит значительно повысить конкурентоспособность операторов сотовой связи. Данная оценка аналогично может быть применена к любым другим операторам сотовой связи.

Forming a strategy of competitive advantage mobile operator includes a comprehensive assessment of the six groups of indicators. These indicators can be divided into technical (quality and service; indicators of innovation and technology), indicators of value (differentiation of tariffs; value added services (VAS)) and relative (indicators of communications; indicators of the image of a mobile operator). Comprehensive assessment of the competitive advantages presented by the example of one of the mobile operators. For each of the indicators of the competitive advantages of mobile operator was compared with major competitors. Comprehensive assessment can be help identify a sustainable competitive advantage mobile operator, and to identify priority areas for the formation of a strategy of competitive advantage. The constant use of integrated assessment will significantly enhance the competitiveness of the mobile operators. This assessment may similarly be applied to other mobile operators.
