О значении изменений гражданского кодекса РФ, принятых в последний период

Abstract

The Russian civil law reform was carried out due to the urge of new economic processes being sensibly and adequately regulated by the legislation. In connection the latest (2014) amendments to the Russian Civil Code are analyzed in the article, concerning legal persons, right in rem and exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity.

Реформирование гражданского законодательства РФ продиктовано необходимостью выработки адекватного регулирования на законодательном уровне новых процессов в экономике. В этой связи рассматриваются новейшие (2014 г.) изменения в Гражданском кодексе РФ, касающиеся юридических лиц, вещного права, прав на интеллектуальную собственность.
