Abstract

Анализируется содержание понятия «система здравоохранения Российской Федерации» с точки зрения науки административного права в условиях модернизации отрасли здравоохранения и построения новой правовой базы развития здравоохранения в Российской Федерации.

The notion of healthcare system of the Russian Federation from the viewpoint of Administrative Law in terms of healthcare improvement and a new legal basis for healthcare system of the Russian Federation formation is analyzed in the article.
