Abstract

This article discusses the components of corporate training. The importance of identifying key competencies for each industrial activity is described. Definitions of terms “competence and expertise” are analyzed and the gradation of competence of employees in the workplace depending on the development and formation of key competences is made. The identification of the level of competence of the employee determines the work of the head of structural division in organizing the staff turnover and initiating corporate training. It is proposed to divide the corporate training in the work place into 2 units. The first unit consists of organizing corporate training in work place classrooms and in training centers. The second unit is to organize training directly in the workplace: internships, mentoring.
