The expressiveness of Parkinson's syndrome in patients treated by neuroleptic drugs was estimated by graphological test and unified Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS). The influences of various neuroleptics were compared by specially developed unified unit of antipsychotic actions. The effect of central M-cholinolitics on expressiveness of Parkinson's syndrome was analyzed. A qualitatively new drug for correction of the extrapyramidal disorders induced by neuroleptics is proposed to be used in clinic basing on the adduced experimental evidence. Keywords. neuroleptics, Parkinson's syndrome, M-cholinolitics.
