Abstract

Преэклампсия относится к наиболее сложным и важным проблемам научного и практического акушерства. В данной статье отражены показатели материнской смертности по данным ВОЗ, Республике Казахстан и Российской Федерации, которые показывают, что преэклампсия остается актуальной проблемой современного акушерства во всем мире. Произведен сравнительный анализ материнской смертности от преэклампсии по Республике Казахстан за 2009-2011годы. Также, в статье рассмотрены современные аспекты в тактике ведения и родоразрешения беременных с преэклампсией и эклампсией.

Pre-eclampsia is the most difficult and important problems of scientific and practical obstetrics. In this article reflects the rates of maternal mortality by data the CART, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, which shows that preeclampsia is actual problem of modern obstetrics in the world. A comparative analysis of maternal mortality preeclampsii for Kazakhstan in 2009-2011. The article also reviewed current approaches to the tactics of conducting and delivery of pregnant women with preeclampsia.
