Модель управления стоимостью проекта комплексной жилой застройки

Abstract

В статье рассматривается система управления стоимостью проекта комплексной жилой застройки. Приведена модель, которая применяется в строительных организациях, использующих инновации в управлении стоимостью. Рассмотрены функции каждого подразделения в представленной модели системы управления стоимостью.

The article describes the system of project cost management for integrated cluster housing. The model, using innovative management cost, implemented by construction companies, is presented. Functions of each unit in the presented model of project cost management, are considered.
