Генезис социального сиротства в России

Abstract

The article analyzes the development of prevention of child abandonment in Russia. The authors emphasized on the chronology of historical events in accordance with the characteristics of the socio-cultural situation and the economic situation in the country, which in turn leads to an increase or decrease in the severity of this social phenomenon as a social orphanhood. The genesis of child abandonment as a social phenomenon has a long history. The study authors conducted an analysis of measures to support the orphaned children at different stages of socio-economic development in Russia and in accordance with the socio-cultural situation which developed during these periods. The authors found a direct relationship to the dynamics of the number of children orphaned as a function of socio-cultural situation dictated by the moral foundations of society, socio-economic backgrounds and political developments in the state.

В статье проведен анализ развития системы предупреждения социального сиротства в России. Авторами сделан акцент на хронологию исторических событий в соответствии с характеристикой социально-культурной ситуации и экономическим положением в стране, что в свою очередь ведет к росту либо снижению остроты такого общественного явления, как социальное сиротство. Генезис социального сиротства как общественного явления имеет многовековую историю. Авторы исследования проводят анализ системы мер поддержки детей-сирот на разных этапах социально-экономического развития общества в России и в соответствии с социально-культурной ситуацией, которая складывалась в эти периоды. Авторами выявлена прямая связь в динамике численности детей сирот в зависимости от социально-культурной ситуации, продиктованной нравственными устоями общества, социально-экономическими предпосылками и политическими событиями в государстве.
