Трансдиафрагмальный доступ при торакоабдоминальных ранения

Abstract

There is summarized the experience of treatment of 32 injured with thoracoabdominal wounds against the background of multiple and combined traumas. The transdiaphragmatic inspection was performed for the group of 6 patients. There were determined the indices and the volume of operation during transdiaphragmatic inspection in case of thoracoabdominal injury.

Обобщен опыт лечения 32 пострадавших с торакоабдоминальными ранениями на фоне множественной и сочетанной травм. Выделена группа из 6 больных, которым выполнена трансдиафрагмальная ревизия. Определены показания и объём операции при трансдиафрагмальном доступе при торакоабдоминальном ранении.
