Abstract

After the internal administration of diclofenac in a dose of 0.2 ml per 100 g weight on the gastric mucosa in rats found from 22 to 33 ulcerative lesions defeat.Preliminary overplerae and planchnic block with marcaine or novocaine reduces the number of ulcers of the stomach mucosa rats respectively 40.7 and 51, 9%.Overpleurae splanchnic block these drugs by the method of V.V Mosin against the clinical manifestations of gastric ulcers in rats facilitates the disease.
