В статье приведены морфофункциональные данные по установлению особенностей течения воспалительного процесса в семенниках крыс в условиях интратестикулярного инфицирования изогенными клонами бактерий Escherichia coli с антигистоновой активностью (АГА) и без таковой. В результате исследования выявлена группа факторов, обуславливающих повреждение ги-строструктур семенника, вызванные воздействием бактериями, обладающими персистентным потенциалом по показателям антигистоновой активности.

The article provides data about the morphofunctional characteristics of the inflammatory process in the rat testes in conditions of the intratesticular infection caused by isogenic clones of E. coli with antihistone activity and without it. As a result in this study we identified a group of factors that were connected with the influence of the bacteria that have persistent potential property antihistone activity causing the damage of the testicular histostructures.
