The present work considers the matters of organization and conducting of complex aqua-aerobics training with 36-45-year-old women. The article contains requirements to health-improving training in water conditions, brief characteristics of the means used, its effective correlation within micro-meso-macrocycles, load regulation on every stage of technology under the different training types and various level of physical status of the ones who train along with methodical features of separate trainings.
