
This article discusses the issues of compatibility of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the United States of America regarding the surrender of persons to the International Criminal Court in 2002 with the obligations arising from the membership of the Republic of Tajikistan to the International Criminal Court. Based on the research the author substantiates the necessity of making a few amendments in this agreement.
В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы совместимости Соглашения между правительством Республики Таджикистан и правительством Соединенных Штатов Америки относительно передачи лиц Международному уголовному суду 2002 г. с обязательствами, вытекающими из членства Республики Таджикистан, в Международный уголовный суд. На основе проведенного исследования автором обоснована необходимость внесения нескольких поправок в рассматриваемое соглашение.
