The procedure to evaluate the transport demand of the subsidized categories of population is developed. Transport mobility is formed under the complex influence of various factors, whose level of effect is different and has not been given a thorough investigation yet. On the other hand, they are the key input data for assessing the level of meeting the needs of the subsidized categories of population in public transport as well as stating the requirements for transport infrastructure and transport policy as a whole.
