The article deals with the fate of A.D. Chertkov (1789-1858), who was a veteran of the Patriotic War of 1812 and foreign campaigns of Russian Army 1813-1814. This article describes his military service as well as his contribution to the economic development of the Voronezh region. Founded AD Chertkov in 1834 sugar factory Olhovatka continues today.
В статье рассматривается судьба участника Отечественной войны 1812 г. и заграничных походов русской армии 1813-1814 гг. А.Д. Черткова (1789-1858). Дается описание армейской службы, анализируется его вклад в хозяйственное развитие воронежского края. Основанный А.Д. Чертковым в 1834 г. сахарный завод в Ольховатке продолжает работать и сейчас.
