Abstract

Inflammatory diseases of the lower genital tract can be reflected differently in the course of pregnancy, an important role is played thus by the compensatory-adaptive reactions developing in a placenta. Research objective: to estimate extent of development of compensatory reactions in placenta at persistently and active forms of urogenital chlamidia at pregnant women. Material and methods: placentas (n=46) received after physiological childbirth in the term of 38-40 weeks of a gestation from women with Chlamydia trachomatis, or without infection. Results: at a persistently form of clamidiosis compensatory reactions were most developed in the paracentral zone, at active – in central and paracentral. Conclusion: irrespective of a form of urogenital clamidiosis in mature placentae placentary insufficiency develops, however the solvency compensatory reactions allows to keep pregnancy.
