Abstract

Анализируются различные аспекты воздействия решений Европейского суда по правам человека на дальнейшую судьбу дела, рассмотренного российским судом, на российское законодательство и судебную практику.

The article analyses various aspects of European Court’s of Human Rights impact upon the future prospects of the case, considered by Russian national court, upon Russian legislation and jurisprudence.
